           Do you know what crucifixion is like? Do you know what it's like to be tortured because of your political beliefs? My name is Justin Harp. I am a musician, a writer, and an artist. I am also an anarchist in that I believe that a society with no government would and has worked before with sustaining power. Power unlike this current society possesses. Then white society destroyed it by killing the people who taught them how to grow crops and survive. Now these people are just called pagans and they don't matter. Let alone the fact that their society lasted for 2500 years and yours is already falling after 200. Anarchy contrary to popular opinion does not mean complete chaos. It simply means a society without government. Jesus Christ would have been an anarchist.

People like me are targeted. I spent two years of my life in prison. I was 24 at the start of my incarceration. The Rape and Sexual Assault Statute reads clearly “unless there is reason to believe that the girl was deceptive about her age”. Detective Norris didn’t care what it read. He came to my house three different times and read the propaganda on my walls. He saw that I had long blue hair, and that in my bathroom were the words “Sept 11, the government is finally the victim”. He saw the “shop lifting is stealing” sticker in my living room that was obviously taken off of a wall at some massive tyrannical money making department store. Therefore, I was a target for the prison system.
I met a girl named Amber in 2003. I understood Amber to be older and if anything experienced in several ways. She smoked, could drive a car, and had been sexually active with several men who I knew. Amber began coming around shortly after I met her and soon we began talking and getting to know each other. We both understood that we had a serious attraction toward one another. I carried on a friendship with her for a short time and then one night we couldn’t help ourselves. We made love and it was particularly good in a mutual way. Amber began to stay at my house because from what I understood her mother didn’t care. This was another reason I thought her to be older. During this time I was experimenting off and on with Marijuana, Alcohol, and Opiates. In fact I had been an opiate medication addict for several years of my life and currently remain an addict. I have a form or rare arthritis and I must have medication for pain. I am allergic to over the counter medication.
Also around this time I was writing a book and I frequented chat rooms of Army, Navy, and Marines soldiers to tell them what slimey, baby killing, pussy, pieces of monkey shit they were. I also told people often that George W. Bush was the Anti-Christ. One incident involved the FBI sending a mechanical bird to my house to spy on me while simultaneously rooting a modem into my computer via a telephone line. I have a picture of the bird if somebody wants to see it and an itemized #69 list of numbers that points out one "blocked to civilian" number. You may ask why I was on this chat room speaking this truth in the first place. It's because these military people don’t protect my freedom. I protect my freedom with sam colt. Only I can't even do that because the great U.S. government is trying to take our guns away. They take our freedom away and sell our country to Saudi Arabia and Communist China. Then they blame Iraq and Afghanistan for 911 when it was their rich butt buddies in Saudi Arabia who in fact carried out 911. I still think there is hope for some of these war mongering men who follow the beast and get payed to push the war machine.
So, After 5 months of carrying on a relationship with Amber, she became pregnant with my second child to be named Micheal Anthony. At this same time I recognized that things were askew and that Amber was 13 years old. Amber refused to tell the Police who the father was even though they were doing ongoing investigations on the case. Detective Norris had gotten my name some place and was grilling Amber nightly to tell him that I was the father. Still she refused. Soon after Amber told her sister my name and Ambers late mother confirmed my name to the police. Detective Norris came to my house several times and I remarked every time that I had nothing to fill out a statement about. Something happened weeks later out of nowhere. Late one night I had stolen some beer from a gas station and the good ole’ HSPD couldn’t prove shit as usual. Probably because the cops are so useless they couldn't catch VD, let alone a real criminal. I stole the beer because in this great free country with freedom of religion, we can't buy beer on sunday in the south. You can go to a bar and pay outlandish prices for beer on sunday which is thievery on the part of the bar, or you can just thieve it from a local gas station and let the police explain why their laws are fucking retarded.

I stayed up drinkin' and freakin' another grown woman and in the morning I left with her to take her friend home. I knew I had to be home at 3:15pm for my young son Christian to be home from school. He was my reason for living and I raised him while his mother went to college and worked. I played music on the weekends. At 3:00p.m that day I arrived at my house to see that it was fucking destroyed. My stove was broken, my clothes thrown in the floor, my $300 seiko wrist watch was stolen, my records, magazines, and jewelry was all over the house, and last but not least my book was laid out in pages all over my bed. This detective was reading my thoughts on his falling society. I also found a letter from The Department of Human Services that said my son who was seven years old was left unattended in a destroyed house with no food in it. A house that he would not have been unattended in if the school would have sent out a letter to say he was getting out early at 2:30 pm. Nor would it have been destroyed if the fucking nazi gastapo hadn't have turned my house into a pig festival.

For the record, I had $10,000 in musical equipment in my house that day but left the front door unlocked just in case my son got home and I wasn't there. I was not irresponsible with my child. It should also be pointed out the there are programs where children come home and wait for their parents at the same age my son was. He knew if I wasn't home to just sit tight and I would be back very soon. It was an understanding between me, my son, and his mother.    

So these fucking useless pigs destroyed my house, read my book, stole my property, and kidnapped my son just to get a handwriting sample to confirm that I was the father of this 13 year old girl’s child. I wanted to do what any parent would do. I wanted to walk into the police station with a twelve gauge shotgun and put Hot Springs Arkansas on the map. Instead I went to the police station to be told by Detective Norris that I couldn’t have my son, and that I didn’t respect authority. I replied “No, I do not respect any authority”.

My parents got my son back after two weeks of foster care where these beautify America fagets cut his beautiful long hair. He is still today scarred by it and will not let his hair be cut by strange hands. America the beautiful.
After many months of bad noise, meeting Amber in secret, and finally meeting my second son Micheal underground and illegally, I began the motions for trial for a rape charge because of Amber who in fact I didn’t rape. It made no difference that Amber told the Prosecutor that she had told me she was 18 when we met. It made no difference that her friend had confirmed that story as well.
After more bad noise and this fucking shit eating pig detective lying under oath and doing everything he could to get me the maximum penalty for what could have been a misdemeanor, I signed a bogus plea of Sexual Assault that was supposed to get me three months in prison due to my medical condition. In reality, I did twenty three months on a ten year sentence. My $1200 a month medication was stopped illegally in prison. I was brutally treated by guards, and medically mistreated. I believe Doctor Jonack in Ouachita River Unit tried to kill me and rumor has it he has killed several other men. I survived by getting out of prison not long ago. By the time I left I was costing the prison $1500 a month in medical treatment that was legally enforced. I was called sir by wardens, and had what I wanted in medication.
I lost two years of my life for a crime that I didn’t even know I was commiting. I continue attempted brainwash and therapy for a charge that I am 100% innocent of. Is this justice? Does this really keep people safe? Not to mention I took an evaluation that classified me in the 10% of sex offenders who are not considered dangerous in any way. I did not have to take The Reduction of Sexual Victimization Program which is extremely rare in these cases. In reality I'm the first person to agree that child sex offenders are dangerous and need rehabilitation, but a child doesn't have size C breasts, wear red lipstick, and tell you that she wants to go to a movie with you in a skirt and no panties. All the while she's smoking a Marlboro.  

Most people don't realize that 8 years ago this wouldn't have even been a crime but this new administration is looking for ways to cut down on teen pregnancy. It costs the state ten thousand dollars every time a teen aged girl gets pregnant. This expenditure cuts down on the War fund so the United States can kill and maim innocent young girls in Iraq.

Oh, and let's put this into perspective also. If Amber would have shot and killed me, she would have been tried as an adult and been given life in a real prison with real adults. So sex with a teen aged (little) girl is illegal, but she can't shoot and kill anybody or she is an adult. And if she was in Iraq american soldiers would be beating her, firing M16's at her or having insane gang rapes with her as the main attraction. What kinda fucking law is this? What kinda fucking nazi society lets this shit go on? The statistics show that 78% of the people dying in Iraq are children. The blood is on the hands of the american people.

It is easy to see why I am disliked by the government. I know the truth and I speak the truth. My story is not for the faint at heart. It is only to tell people that what they are seeing on television is not humane or religiously correct. Sex Offenders are brutalized no matter what the circumstances are. They are often falsely accused of crimes in which they didn’t exactly commit knowingly. There is the question to ask of is it even that unusual that a 13 year old girl would attract so closely to a 23 year old man? In the 1930’s young women got married at 12 and 13 years old. That lasted up until the 1950’s. Then you have common knowledge that in Mexico and most of South America young women that can conceive a child are legal to have sex.
Then you have people like me who used my time in prison to read The Bible and The Holy Koran, The Pseudepigrapha, The Baghavad Gita, and Many Buddhist texts. And you wonder how in those 1217 pages of the bible one could find this verse. I ask you what "flower of youth" means? It means a woman who has begun menstration. Only God will judge me for what I have done. If you are going to thump that bible, you better know what it says because I do. 
I will not be silenced any longer and people sooner or later will know the truth about this system that they fight to protect. If one man planning to join the Army, Navy or Marines spent one day in prison he would denounce America and the false freedom that it proclaims to have. He would learn to eat terrible food and live with malnutrition and he would deal with non-existant medical treatment. His idea of American freedom would change considerably.

If the public would understand that their tax dollars go to better the lives of Wardens, Administrators, and prisons that aren't needed, it would be a great realization. Tax dollars are laundered into the business of prison and it's often thought that the money is spent on new prisons and labor but in reality prisons are self sufficient. The labor is put on the backs of enslaved inmates who get payed nothing and have no medical treatment. The prison administration goes public and speaks that more prisons need to be built due to overcrowding but in reality none of the already existing prisons in Arkansas are at maximum capacity. It is simply a money making venture for the prison system to launder money from the public so the Wardens can live in beautiful houses and drive new Cadillacs. I've seen men die in prison beds because they were getting no medical treatment. I've seen Vietnam veterans that fought for their country struggle with cancer that is not being treated.

Make sure to turn in anybody suspicious and teach your children to lie and make up stories to further enhance this Orwellian, Communist, Nazi, Police State.
